Production Time Lines
Once your order has been placed your medication will then be compounded for you. The compounding process may take from 24 to 48 business hours depending on how busy we are and the type of medication being ordered. Simple compounded products are made generally within 24hrs while Sterile and complex medicines can take up to 48hrs.
Please note we legally are not allowed to prepare compounded medicines in anticipation of a sale so can only be compounded once an order has been placed therefore we have no ready made product available to ship out the same day you order.
Delivery Time Lines
Once your order has been compounded it will then be sent out to you via Star Track Express courier and are usually delivered within 48hrs.
We cannot be held responsible if there are any delays due to Courier/Post as it is outside of our control once your order is shipped. We do offer insurance on shipping to cover if your order is lost or damaged during transit.
